Cycling Classes  

Cycle:  Take your cardio to the next level! Whether you’re a serious cyclist or just starting out, this class offers a hard-core workout in a safe, non-impact way. All levels are welcome.  We guarantee a fun, safe, sweaty workout!

Cycle: Sick Beats & Fast Feet & Pedal to the Metal: These classes offer a new age to spin. If you are new to spin or just starting out these instructors can guide you through some modifications. But also be ready for a great cardio workout with lights, and fun music as you sweat your way through sprints, hills, and a full body workout.

Cycle & Strength:  This class has it all!  You’ll get your cardio workout, strength training, core work, and stretch all in one!  We will use either hand-held dumbbells or the TRX Suspension straps for the strength portions of class.  Come join us!


Strength Training Classes

Turf & Burn (Located on the turf): This advanced level class does it all!  We will combine agility, speed, strength, cardio, core, and balance training to provide you with a full-body workout.  Come prepared to work hard and sweat!

TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise)--(Located on the turf): TRX is a body weight based, functional and dynamic strength program that develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.  It was developed by a Navy Seal, and trains your body in a non-impact, 3-D, functional manner.  This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.  Make your body your machine with TRX training!

TRX Intervals (Located on the turf):  This class combines the strength and core focus of TRX with cardiovascular intervals to burn calories and strengthen your body all in one class!

Barre (Located in the studio): Barre class uses a combination of ballet, yoga, and Pilates elements.  The barre is used for balance as you perform exercises that focus on isometric strength training, combined with high repetitions of small movements.  The class will incorporate light handheld weights, mats, and small resistance balls for targeted core work.

Killer Core (Located in the Studio): Our core is one of the most important parts of our body, so why not strengthen it? Come enjoy a low impact but awesome workout that targets your core and trunk muscles.

Mobility Maintenance (Located in the Studio): Foam rolling is a very important component to recovery. Our instructors will take you through ways to care for your muscles.

Booty Burner ( Studio): A mixture of weights, TRX, bands and more to help focus on the glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves.

Fit 55+: Because decline and decrepitude are not inevitable. We offer something for everyone. Stability exercises, flexibility, appropriate high intensity exercises for what you need.


YogaMosa (Located on the turf): Come enjoy a morning yoga class, topped off with mimosas. Enjoy good company and a time to relax and reset. *Please plan to bring a yoga mat. We will provide for those that don't have one.
